Meet Tony Scelzo, a serial entrepreneur for over two and a half decades.
Tony was the first franchise owner for BD’s Mongolian BBQ and trained as a fine dining chef early in his career. Being heavily involved in the restaurant industry is what inspired him to start Fastek.
Later, he built two digital marketing firms within six years, as well as launched a custom software / managed services company doing technology consulting.
He has spoken to over 50,000 people and has served as a mentor to young entrepreneur’s on sales and go–to market strategies.
His passion has always been around empowering entrepreneurs through technology, people, and processes.
Tony launched his most recent venture, Ceemless, to help keep the promise of technology and be a tool instead of a tax on the business to create new value for internal and external customers. He saw a need in the marketplace where SMBs could create optimization as well as innovation plans for short term impact and long–term value for their organizations. Ceemless is a professional services firm that acts as an accelerator for spin–off companies that it partners with and provides consulting services.
Tony is the proud father of two girls that are the love of his life. He is an avid golfer, author, speaker, and consummate coach, voracious reader, a lover of good food and wine, and is known for his great laugh.
Tony hungers for the art of the possible and is proficient in whiteboard and business model development. He lives for the health of the team and believes integrity is the most important characteristic for growth companies.
